Meet Kris Goudreau

I spent the majority of my teenage and young adult years living in various communities throughout Burnaby, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam. My wife and I were married in 2006 and moved to Maple Ridge to start our lives together and we’ve been living and raising our family there since.

Prior to completing the Residential Real Estate Trading Services program through UBC back in 2014, I gained years of valuable work experience in other industries including operations, inside sales, project and staff management, purchasing, and even hands on construction/carpentry. It was during those years of real-world experience that I realized the importance of building skills and attributes based upon a solid foundational focus on customer service. Since then, I’ve been building upon and adding skills and experiences to that foundation, honing negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution techniques, all of which are implemented in my day-to-day life as a REALTOR®.

Since entering the industry in 2014, I’ve helped many Buyers and Sellers navigate the ever-evolving real estate market. Over that time, we’ve experienced buyer’s markets, seller’s markets, volatility in market conditions and interest rates, a global pandemic… all while significant changes in how the real estate industry is regulated, accompanied by consistently evolving rules, legislation, and industry associated forms and processes. REALTORS® are being held to higher standards as the industry continues to evolve, and it takes dedication to the profession to stay up to date and informed on the ever-changing environment of residential real estate.

I would say that dedication is an accurate word that describes how I approach agency with my clients, and based on testimonials, my clients agree. I’m known by my clients for going above and beyond when it comes to commitment to their best interests. My business motto is “Relationships Built on Trust and Service”, and I work hard to live up to that in every aspect of my agency relationships.
